2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or during festive seasons.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if applicable, may include an extra handling fee.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

We work with reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts (due to customer unavailability or wrong address), our team will reach out to reschedule.

8. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item in your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order ID and clear photos/video of the issue
    We will resolve the issue via replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
