6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched—whichever is earlier. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
